Approach

  • Clarification of medium-term business objectives.
  • Assessment of the AS-IS situation including economic, asset, and production area analysis to strategize business unit (BU) performance.
  • Definition of performance targets per BU, identifying trends in a competitive scenario, and determining the strategy to pursue in each area.
  • Introduction of a budgeting procedure by customer/sector/geographic zone.
  • Structuring of the economic-financial plan and relevant KPIs.
