Approach

  • Clarification of medium-term business objectives.
  • Creation of a Steering Committee to coordinate the diverse engineering and architectural teams, ensuring the correct investment balance.

  • Preparation of the Information Memorandum to present the project to potential investors.
  • Facilitation during negotiations until the operation's closing.
  • Management of all aspects of the AFC area as the temporary CFO.
