We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Advisory / Deal Advisory and Transaction Services Area.

You will:



• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans;
• Manage complex projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and Thera Business Units involved;
• Actively participate in M&A activities (both sell-side and buy-side) including targeting, drafting Information Memorandum, conducting financial and business due diligence and accompanying through to closing.

3 years’ experience in private equity/advisory firms, excellent Office skills, and fluency in English are required.
